Vtg 1980s Hawaiian Island Creations Surf Skateboard Sweatshirt Hosoi Caballero L

Description

Up for auction is a vintage 1980's, likely circa 1985 - 1987, Hawaiian Island Creations, HIC, Custom Surfboards, Kailua, Hawaii pink men's sweatshirt, size L (42 - 44).  This sweatshirt has some nice 80's skateboard ties as Christian Hosoi and Steve Caballero were both sponsored by HIC.  The ads in the last three pictures are from Thrasher Magazine, the first with Hosoi from August 1985, the second with Caballero from October 1986, and the third also with Caballero from January 1987 (Thrasher ads are for frame of reference only and are not included in the auction).
Sweatshirt is in nice shape with a faint brown dirt stain down the left arm.  This stain came out 80% with a single wash in standard detergent and will likely come out completely with further washings and or use of oxyclean.  There are no holes, no tears, and screen printing is in nice shape.

4) Inner sleeve (underarm to tip of sleeve cuff) -  20"
