“item is 100% brand new not used but during our Quality inspection or during shipping item box got smashed so FEDEX returns it back to us. These items will have some scratch or nicks that didn't meet our quality standards which we discount them and selling at cost. some item have very small scratch or no damage at all but the gasket or hardware were either lost or damaged during shipping those are also considered blemish so if you like to save few hundred dollars and not too worry about few small scratch that doesn't affect the performance of the turbo manifold and you are willing to buy some new gaskets and hardware this is the item for you. we included few pictures to show the scratch at the very back of the picture please look at them and make sure you are okay with small scratch like. those are the worse one we can find the one you receive most likely will not be this severe.” ALL BLEMISH TURBO MANIFOLD ARE SOLD AS IS WITH NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
